Ashok Ghia completed his Graduation in Commerce and subsequently
did his professional course in Management Accounting from
the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWAI).
He also took a Diploma in Organization & Methods (O&M) and
in Operations Research
(OR).
He has been associated with various Management Institutes
in developing and conducting Management Training Programs for the University of Mumbai, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of
Management Studies and Tata Management Training
Centre.
He is associated with professional bodies such as Bombay Management Association, Pune Management Association
and Institute of Management Consultants of India. He was the Chairman of the Pune
Chapter of IMCI and is currently on the Executive Committee. He is also a member of Top Management Club (TMC) in Pune and
a member of Indo German Chamber of Commerce and Indo American
Chamber of Commerce.
His professional experience covers both Industry as well as
Consultancy. Since 1991 Ashok Ghia has been in the field of
Executive Search and held the position of Vice President with
a leading International Search firm prior to taking on the
role of Director with KTA. He has executed Senior Management Level assignments in a wide variety of industrial organizations
covering auto, engineering, chemicals, pharma and consumer
durables.
He is also on the Board of a large industrial organizations
in India.
