Harsh has been a part of the retained executive search industry since 1993. Prior to joining executive search Harsh has spent over five years in direct sales and service functions in the information technology, office automation and recruitment industry.
Harsh is a bachelor of Physics, Pune University with Masters in Management Studies, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. She holds an Advanced Diplma in Computer Studies and has studied advanced management principles at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Harsh is married and settled in Pune. Her other interests include Sports and Mountaineering. She is a member of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and the British Business Group, Pune.
