Keyur did his Bachelor's in Science from Bombay University.
He has a Master's in Business Administration from USA with
specialization in Marketing. He did an HR Facilitator's program
conducted by the National HRD Network and
is also certified by Thomas International. Post MBA, he worked
with a company manufacturing Aerospace Chemicals and Pratt
& Whitney engine parts handling sales and marketing looking
after the US market for aerospace chemicals. On his return
to India he worked with an advertising agency for a brief
period. Subsequently, he headed the sales and marketing for
one of the world's leading perfumery companies.
Keyur has been in the field of Executive Search since 1992
and prior to setting up KTA Associates held the position of
Vice President with a global leader in the search practice.
He has executed Board level and Senior Management Level assignments
in a wide variety of industrial sectors covering retail, radio, hospitality, travel, consumer goods, legal, pharma amongst
others.
He is also a Director of a midsize IT Company and a Retail & Sales Training Institute.
Keyur Thakore heads the Consumer and Life Sciences Practice Group
at KTA and is the Global Knowledge Management Lead for the Life Sciences Practice Group at IIC.
